1. Timeframe for exchanges and returns
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.
2. Product conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Unwashed and odorless (perfume, smoke, etc.).

With all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
3. Return process
To initiate a size exchange or return, please contact us by email, indicating your order number and the reason. We will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days. Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
